Manage Programs: Program Fields
Within Manage Programs, Transferology® Lab School Administrators and Program Administrators can add and import Program information to share with students and staff in Transferology® and Transferology® Lab, respectively. Use the Program Fields chart below as a reference when creating or editing Programs. When importing programs, use the Transferology Programs Import & Export File Format as a guide.

Program List Only: Program will appear in the list of Programs within Transferology and Transferology Lab, but audits will only be available to School or Program Administrators (if available). Regardless of Status, all programs can be viewed and audits run (if available) within the Manage Programs page by School and Program Administrators. |

A UNIQ value is a short string of characters assigned to your institution to help identify it in processing. If a COM other than the default should be used, enter it here. The default COM will be overridden, and this value will be used instead. |

Helps determine the year term submitted with an audit request. (the first year term offered is 000000, the beginning of time; non-uAchieve schools must use this term code for each program) NOTE: Entering any term other than the default 000000 in the First Year Term Offered field requires the School Administrator to build that term into the Year Term Conversions table, accessible from the School Profile menu. |

(the last year term offered is 999999, the end of time; non-uAchieve schools must use this term code for each program) If the Last Year Term has passed, audits will not be visible in Transferology outside of Manage Programs. NOTE: Entering any term other than the default 999999 in the Last Year Term Offered field requires the School Administrator to build that term into the Year Term Conversions table, accessible from the School Profile menu. |
