Statistics Reports: View Student and Transferology Lab Statistics

This article provides an overview of the Statistics Reports within the Transferology® Lab. These reports are available within the School Profile menu and provide valuable data on students' and staff’s monthly usage of Transferology® and the Transferology Lab.

Overview

All Transferology Lab users have access to the Statistics Reports in the application for their institution. These statistics are also packaged into a quarterly usage report that is sent out to the email(s) entered as the Quarterly Statistics Report Email recipients in the Contact Emails tab of the School Profile (see Related Articles). The PDF report is automatically emailed on the first day of January, April, July, and October of each year and shows the usage data for the months prior. One page displays the statistics for student usage within Transferology as it relates to interaction with the user's institution. The other pertains to staff Transferology Lab usage at the school.

To access the Statistics Reports in the Lab:

Go to the School Profile menu.
Select Statistics Report.

The Student Report will be auto-selected and will display results from the previous month by default. Users can adjust the filter to display results from the:

Current Year
Previous Year
Last 30 Days
Last 90 Days
Last 180 Days
Last 365 Days
A custom range, selected using a calendar

Reports can also be exported to PDF.

The following data are included within the Student Report:

Field Name	Description
Transfer Path Matches	The number of times your institution appears on the Schools Found page within Will My Courses Transfer? To appear on this page, your institution must have a transfer rule for at least one of the courses a student entered before searching for matches.
Information Clicks	Admissions Info The number of times students select your Admission Information link. Admissions App The number of times students select your Admissions Application link. Custom Link The number of times students select any of your Custom Information links. A zero will appear if custom information links have not been added to the School Profile. Financial Aid The number of times students select your Financial Aid Information link. Program Info The number of times students select your Program Information links. A zero will appear if your institution has not created Programs within Manage Programs in the Lab. Registration Info The number of times students select your Registration Information link. Transfer Info The number of times students select your Transfer Information link.
Courses Added	Transfer The number of courses from your institution’s catalogs that students have added to their Transferology profiles within the Will My Courses Transfer? path. These are courses that students are interested in transferring from your institution to another school. Replacement The number of courses from your institution’s catalogs that students have added to their Transferology profiles within the Find a Replacement Course path. These are courses that students are interested in taking equivalents for at another school and then transferring back to your institution to satisfy a requirement.
Math Detail Views	Transfer The number of times students viewed the Match details for your institution on the Will My Courses Transfer? path. Match details show how your institution has evaluated the students’ courses. Replacement Number of times students viewed the Match details for your institution on the Find a Replacement Course path. Match details show how your institution has evaluated the courses selected.
Pathway Views	PDF The number of times that students have viewed PDFs of Transfer Pathways to or from your school. TES Report The number of times that students have viewed TES Group Reports for Transfer Pathways to or from your school. Zeros will appear if an institution is not using the Pathway Management functionality in the Lab.
Accounts Created	The number of students who created a Transferology account using your institution’s Student Referral Link, Student Referral Badge, or from your school’s custom landing page. Referral links and badges, and custom landing pages, help direct students to your institution’s presence in Transferology. A filter highlights and displays Match results solely from your school. A zero will appear if your institution hasn’t shared your referral link or hasn’t created and shared the URL to your custom landing page.
Program Views	The number of times students have viewed your Program information. A zero will appear if your institution has not created Programs within Manage Programs in the Lab.
Audit Views	The number of times students have viewed a Program audit for your institution. Program audits are currently available for institutions supplying equivalencies from uAchieve and those that have implemented the External Degree Audit interface. A zero will appear if your institution has not completed audit setup or created Programs within Manage Programs in the Lab.
Transcript Imports	The number of times a student has selected Import your courses to add courses to their Transferology profile from a Student Information System (SIS). This functionality requires setup on the part of the institution and CollegeSource. A zero will appear if your institution has not gone through this process.

Lab Report

The following data are included within the Lab Report:

View Equivalencies	The number of times your institution’s Lab users viewed your school's equivalencies within the Transfer Equivalencies page.
Courses Added	Transfer The number of courses from your institution’s catalog that your school’s Lab users added to Transfer Course Bundles. Replacement The number of courses from your institution’s catalog that your school’s Lab users added to Replacement Course Bundles.
Match Detail Views	Transfer The number of times your institution’s Lab users viewed the Match details for your school when searching for matches to courses within a Transfer Course Bundle. Replacement The number of times your institution’s Lab users viewed the Match details for your school when searching for matches to courses within a Replacement Course Bundle.
Pathway Views	PDF The number of times that your institution's Lab users have viewed PDFs of Transfer Pathways to or from your school. TES Report The number of times that your institution's Lab users have viewed TES Group Reports for Transfer Pathways to or from your school. Zeros will appear if an institution is not using the Pathway Management functionality in the Lab.
Logins	The number of times your institution’s users successfully logged into the Transferology Lab.
Accounts Created	The number of Lab user accounts created at your institution.
Program Views	The number of times your institution's Lab users have viewed your Program information. A zero will appear if your institution has not created Programs within Manage Programs in the Lab.
Audit Views	The number of times your institution’s Lab users have viewed a Program audit for your institution. Program audits are currently available for institutions supplying equivalencies from uAchieve and those that have implemented the External Degree Audit interface. A zero will appear if your institution has not completed audit setup or created Programs within Manage Programs in the Lab.
Student Information Requests	The number of times students selected the Request for Information button after viewing Match details at your school.
TES Evaluations	The number of evaluation tasks your institution’s Lab users created using TES Mode. A zero will appear if your institution is not using the TES evaluation functionality (which requires a TES subscription) or has restricted the Request Daily Limit to 0.
