How to Navigate through the Transferology Lab

This article provides a high-level overview of access to and navigation within the Transferology® Lab.

Access

To have a lab account, individuals must be employees of a college or university subscribing to Transferology®. The institution's School Administrators controls access. College and university employees interested in obtaining an account may reach out to these individuals directly (if known) or submit a request through Transferology Lab. Log In

See this article for instructions on how to log in to the Transferology Lab.

Top-level options within the menu paths are grouped into:

  • Advising & Recruiting
  • Rule Management
  • Program Setup
  • School Profile
  • My Profile (the user's first name will be displayed)

Users will be able to see each item in the menu path as long as the individual has permissions for at least one page within the menu.

CollegeSource

Select the CollegeSource logo to view the company website.

Contact Us

The Contact Us page provides a form for users to send a message to CollegeSource staff.

Mandatory fields include:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Message

First and Last Name and Email are auto-populated for logged-in users.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy page discloses to Transferology Lab users how CollegeSource manages user data.

Accessibility

The Accessibility page displays the CollegeSource Accessibility statement and provides users with links to product VPATS (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) and testing documentation.

Terms of Use

The Terms of Use page directs the user to the rules of use for the Transferology end user.

About the Transferology Lab

The About Transferology Lab page provides a general overview of the Lab application and its functions.

What's New?

The What's New in Transferology Lab? page gives staff a high-level summary of new features and functionalities. Versions are listed in reverse chronological order of release date.

Students

Students who accidentally navigate to the Lab application can easily redirect to Transferology (the companion site designed for students) via the Students hyperlink: http://www.transferology.com.

Support Documentation

Support documentation links to the Transferology Lab Support Center, which houses functional documents such as user guides (like this article) and links to technical documentation for the Lab user.

Facebook

Access the Transferology page on social media or via the Facebook button.

Log Out

To sign out of the Transferology Lab:

  1. Select the Profile icon.
  2. Select Logout.
