Transferology Programs Import & Export File Format
Within Manage Programs, Transferology® Lab School Administrators and Program Administrators can add and import Program information to share with students and staff in Transferology® and the Transferology® Lab, respectively. Institutions can also export this data. This article details the file format required when importing Programs. It is also the same format that exported data will be presented in.

File Format
Data must be submitted in the format and order noted below.
- Where it says Required, fields must not be empty and must not contain only space characters. The field value length must be in the range specified by the length column.
- Where it says Optional, fields may be empty but a blank column/cell would still be required in each row. If the field is not empty, the field value length must be in the range specified by the length column.
Fields reserved for future use are not currently used by Transferology® in processing but may be used in the future.

InstCD | uAchieve® schools only. If left blank, the institution's default COM (UNIQ value) will be used when running a Program audit. A UNIQ value is a short string of characters assigned to your institution to help identify it in processing. If a COM other than the default should be used, enter it here. The default COM will be overridden, and this value will be used instead. |
