View Student Statistics
This article provides an overview of the View Student Statistics page within the Transferology® Lab.

Overview
Transferology Lab users with the role of School Admin can utilize the View Student Statistics page within the School Profile menu to see how students are accessing Transferology. These statistics provide valuable information that institutions can use to understand student behavior within Transferology.
To access View Student Statistics in the Lab:
- Go to the School Profile menu.
- Select View Student Statistics.
The Student Statistics page will default to display results from the Accounts Created report from the past 365 days.
School Admins can adjust the filters to display reports from the Event Stats, Page View Stats, and Information Link Click Stats. They can utilize the calendar filter drop-down to show:
- Current Week
- Current Month
- Current Year
- Previous Week
- Previous Month
- Previous Year
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 365 Days
- Custom - selected using a calendar
Reports can also be filtered to display monthly, weekly, and daily.
Event Stats
The Event Stats reports display the number of times students performed an action in Transferology.
| Report Name | Description |
| Accounts Created | The number of students referred by your school who created accounts in Transferology. |
| Accounts Created from the Institution Landing Page | The number of accounts created from your Institution Landing Page (if set up). |
| Information Requests | The number of times students clicked the “Request for Information” button for your institution after viewing the match details. |
| Logins | The number times students referred by your school logged into Transferology. |
| Particular School Replacement Searches | The number of times students used the “Looking for a particular school?” feature and selected your school on the "Find a Replacement Course" path. |
| Particular School Searches | The number of times students clicked the “Looking for a particular school?” and selected your school on the "Will My Courses Transfer?" path. |
| PDF Pathway Views | The number of times that a student has viewed a PDF pathway (if used). |
| Replacement Courses | The number of your courses students added to their Transferology profiles on the "Find a Replacement Course" path. These are courses that students are interested in taking equivalents for at another school and then transferring back to your institution to satisfy a specific requirement. |
| Replacement Search Attempts | The number of times students clicked “Search for Matches” on the "Find a Replacement Course" path with courses added from your institution. |
| Requirement Categories | The number of your requirement categories that students added to their Transferology profiles on the "Find a Replacement Course" path. These are requirement categories that students are interested in taking equivalents for at another school and then transferring back to your institution to satisfy a specific requirement. |
| Requirement Category Search Attempts | The number of times students clicked “Search for Matches” on the "Find a Replacement Course" path with Requirement Categories from your school in their profile. |
| Student Referrals | The number of times students were referred by your school to Transferology. |
| TES Report Pathway Views | The number of times a student has viewed a TES report pathway (if used). |
| Transcript Import Requests | The number of transcript imports requested for your institution. |
| Transfer Courses | The number of courses from your institution’s catalogs that students have added to their Transferology profiles on the "Will My Courses Transfer?" path. These are courses that students are interested in transferring from your institution to another institution. |

Page View Stats
The Page View Stats reports display the number of times students viewed a page in Transferology.

| Replacement Match Details | The number of times students viewed match details on the "Find a Replacement Course" path for your institution. |
| Program Info Views | The number of times students have viewed your program information. |
| Requirement Category Match Details | The number of times students viewed match details on the "Find a Replacement Course" path with Requirement Categories from your school in their profile. |
| School Profile Views | The number of times students viewed your school profile. |
| Transfer Match Details | The number of times students viewed match details on the "Will My Courses Transfer?" path for your institution. |
| Transfer Path Matches | The number of times your institution shows as a match on the "Will My Courses Transfer?" path. |

Information Link Click Stats
The Information Link Click Stats reports display the number of times students clicked a link on your institution's profile page.

| Admissions Applications Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Admissions Application link. |
| Admissions Information Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Admission Information link. |
| Custom Links Clicks | The number of student clicks on any of your Custom Information link(s). |
| Financial Aid Information Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Financial Aid Information link. |
| Program Information Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Program Information link. |
| Registration Information Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Registration Information link. |
| Transfer Information Clicks | The number of student clicks on your Transfer Information link. |

Export
Individual reports can be exported and shared. To export a report, select the report and, if needed, the calendar filter, and select the Export button. A .csv file will be generated.

When exporting by Program Info Views, the School Admin can choose to List by Overall Count, or List by Program Count.
Selecting List by Overall Count will display the total number of Program Info Views by date.
Selecting List by Program Count will show the specific program that was viewed as well as the number of times it was viewed.
