Audit Setup

NOTE: Audit Setup is restricted to School Administrators and Program Administrators at schools with audits enabled.

School degree audit properties are manageable for those users with the roles of School Administrator and/or Program Administrator. The details of the Audit Setup display may be managed on this page.

New in 1.8  Audit setup was improved to ensure compatibility with uAchieve 4.4

From the Program Setup drop-down menu, select Audit Setup:

Reference Articulation

Reference articulation is a method that allows students to see both the incoming coursework (from a transfer school) and the applied courses (from the home school) for which they would receive credit–all in a single audit.

Two values on the Audit Setup page below must be set to determine whether to show the list of xref schools during the audit process: Audit Request Format and Degree Audit System.

If these values are set when running audits in Transferology, the user will be asked "Do you want to view how courses from another school might apply to this program?" This allows students to select a school and view how courses from that school would fit into their program.
