Request TES Evaluations
Evaluation requests are listed by the following columns:
- Course(s)
- School
- Status
- Last Action
- Assignee
- Creator
- Created
NOTE: The content of the requests table are dictated by the applied filters.
Course(s)
Hyperlinked course name(s) provide a pop-up display of course details:
School
Full name of the institution.
Status
The current status of the TES evaluation request is indicated by one of the five available icons:

Hover over any icon with the mouse to view the meaning of each icon. For example:
Last Action
Hyperlinked date of last action taken on the TES evaluation request. Click the Last Action link to view a pop-up display detailing what action last occurred on the specified date:
Assignee
First and last name of the individual assigned to the TES evaluation request (AKA the assignee)
- Assigned To: The assignee designated on the "Assigned To:" line is always the user chosen for Creator/Assignee for any external evaluation requests.
Creator
First and last name of the individual that created the TES evaluation request
- Created By: The creator assigned on the "Created By:" line is always yourself (if you have a user account for the subscribing school–otherwise the creator will be the user assigned as Creator/Assignee for any external evaluation requests).
Created
Date (mm/dd/yy) the TES evaluation request was created.
Sort TES Evaluations
Sort TES evaluation requests by the following parameters:
- Created increasing
- Created decreasing (default)
- Last Action increasing
- Last Action decreasing
- Status
- Assignee
- Creator
Filter TES Evaluations
Two areas on the TES Evaluations page allow for filtering of requests:
- Keyword filter field (above the table)
- Comprehensive filter (to the right of the table)
NOTE: Applied filters shape the content of the requests table
Keyword Filter
The keyword filter located above the list of TES evaluation requests allows the user to filter by course.
To apply a filter, key in the course or school name of interest and click the blue Apply button. Relevant search results will be filtered to match the input field and displayed in the table below:
To remove applied filters and view all results, click the Clear hyperlink below the keyword filter field.
Filter Box
The comprehensive filter located to the right of the list of TES evaluation requests allows the user to filter by several preset parameters:
- Date range
- Assignees
- Creators
- Source Schools
- Status
All status selection checkboxes are selected, by default; click on a checkbox to deselect it.
Date Range
The user may customize a date range within which TES Evaluation requests should fall by clicking directly in the date field to generate a calendar (on the left) with some date range options (on the right):
The date range is set to Last 30 Days, by default. Click the Apply button to enact the filter or the Cancel button to cancel the action.
Other options for filtering the date range include the following:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 Days
- Custom Range
The Custom Range selection expands the calendar to include any previous 30-day timeframes that may be indicated either on the calendars or by keying in the FROM and TO fields manually:
Click the Apply button to enact the filter or the Cancel button to cancel the action.
Max range exceeded
Establishing a Custom Range that exceeds the 30-day timeframe results in a red error indicating the date has been adjusted:
Assignees
The user may customize the list of TES evaluation requests by assignees/roles that populate the Assignees drop-down menu:
The assignees drop-down menu is set to All Assignees, by default.
Click the Apply button to enact the filter or the Cancel button to cancel the action.
Creators
The user may customize the list of TES evaluation requests by creator name(s) that populate the Creators drop-down menu:
The creators drop-down menu is set to All Creators, by default.
Click the Apply button to enact the filter or the Cancel button to cancel the action.
Status
The user may customize the list of TES evaluation requests by status by checking/unchecking the checkbox of interest:
- Requested
- Approved
- Denied
- Closed With Equivalency
- Closed Without Equivalency
All status selection checkboxes are selected, by default; click on a checkbox to deselect it.
Click the Apply button to enact the filter or click the Cancel button to cancel the action.
