Configure General Information in the Transferology Lab
This article provides an overview of the General Information tab within the School Profile in Transferology® Lab. During onboarding, the fields on this tab will be prepopulated with data from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). School Administrators can review this document to understand the fields within the tab before reviewing and adjusting information and to assist in updating information at a later point.
School Administrators should be careful to understand the impact of updating settings within the General Information tab, as this may affect the display of information to students and staff.

General Information Fields
The General Information tab is located within the School Profile. To navigate to this area:
- Go to the School Profile menu.
- Select School Management.
- Select the General Information tab.
Information is broken down into five sections:
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Gray fields cannot be edited.

Course equivalencies* |
Turn the display of course equivalencies on or off on the Transfer Equivalencies page by selecting the corresponding option from the drop-down:

Subscription level* |
Indicates the type of Transferology® subscription the institution has purchased:
Subscription level is set by CollegeSource and cannot be changed by the School Administrator. |
Equivs public* |
Turn the display of course equivalencies on or off for all Transferology and Transferology Lab users by selecting the corresponding option from the drop-down:
This field is set by CollegeSource and should not be changed by the School Administrator. Please contact CollegeSource to update this field. |
Programs enabled* |
Indicates whether or not Programs are visible to students viewing the institution:

Memo aligned* |
Select a left or right alignment for the memo on the Advising & Recruiting > Transfer Equivalencies page by selecting the corresponding option from the drop-down:

Auto archive leads & advisees* |
Select whether or not to automatically archive leads and advisees' requests that are older than 90 days from the drop-down:

TES Evaluation
Within this section are the following fields. See TES Mode: Create Evaluation Tasks from the Transferology Lab for further information about this integration.

Role who can view Activity Logs* | Limits the view access to the TES Evaluations Activity Log to a specific role; useful for hiding comments that may contain restricted information. Select one of the following from the drop-down:

Role who can view comments* | Limits the view access to the TES Evaluation Comments to a specific role. Select one of the following from the drop-down:

Role who can view Private Notes* | Limits the ability to view TES Evaluation Private Notes to a specific role. Select one of the following from the drop-down:

Request Daily Limit* | Controls the turning on/off of the Transferology Lab-TES integration. Key in a numerical daily limit (example: 25) for the number of courses that may be sent from the Transferology® Lab per day to the TES® Evaluation Tracker workflow. A value of "0" indicates that the institution is not using Transferology Lab-TES integration. |
Allow user to assign TES Evaluation requests to a specific user | Mark the checkbox to allow users to assign TES evaluation requests to a specific user rather than simply using the Default Assignee. |
SIS Import
Within this section are the following fields:

Select the checkbox to turn on Student Information System (SIS) import; deselect to turn off SIS import. If SIS Import is turned off, then the URL and Response Time fields are inactive (grayed out). |

Sync TES Group Report Titles |
Controls alignment between the GROUP REPORT NAME field in TES® and the Pathway Name field in Transferology. Select one of the following from the drop-down:

Show course hour units on transfer equivalencies? | Controls whether the course hour units (example: up to 3 hours) of the source and home courses are displayed within the Transfer Equivalencies page.

To update a field on the General Information tab:
- Use the keyboard, drop-down menu(s), or checkbox(es) to adjust the data/selection using the instructions above.
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Gray fields cannot be edited.
- Select Save.
- This button is located at the bottom of the page and will require scrolling.
