Transferology 1.9.8 Product Updates

Transferology® Lab 1.9.8 was released on September 1, 2026. Below is a summary of the additions and improvements to this version.

School Profile

The total number of students, number of undergraduate students, and tuition and fees information no longer display within the School Profile.

Institutions can choose to restrict the match results display within the Will My Courses Transfer? pathway in Transferology by selecting My Institution Only in the Match Results Display dropdown on the Promote Your School page. Students who log into Transferology via the institution landing page or referral link will only see that institution's course match results.

When creating a custom institution landing page, institutions can choose between the original template or the new pennant template. The pennant template is visually different than the original template, and allows an institution to include their school mascot name on the landing page itself.
When an institution restricts the match results display to My Institution Only (see above under Promote Your School) and has a published landing page, their institutional branding will appear in the student application.
When creating a state/system landing page, users can restrict the display of match results to their participating institutions. When a student logs in to Transferology via the state/system landing page, they will only see match results for the participating state/system institutions.
