Transferology 1.9.7-03.26 Product Updates

Transferology® Lab 1.9.7-03.26 was released on March 31, 2026. Below is a summary of the additions and improvements to this version.

Annual Password Reset

To help better ensure data and information security, the Transferology Lab requires that users reset passwords once every 365 days. During this annual password reset, users will need to confirm they are still employed by the subscriber and agree to the Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use for CollegeSource Services. The new password will apply to the Transferology Lab and TES®.

Enforcement of Account-Specific Email Domains

New Transferology Lab user accounts are limited to the institution or organization's direct employees. The user's email address must belong to the college, university, or organization's email domain or sub-domain (for example, newuser@coloradostate.edu).

Updates to the Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use for CollegeSource Services

The term "subscriber" has been defined to mean any institution or employee of an institution, as well as any third-party entity or employee of such entity, that has been granted access to the Service by CollegeSource.
