Transferology Lab 1.9.6-09.24 Product Updates

Transferology® Lab 1.9.6.5-09.24 was released on September 24, 2025. Below is a summary of the additions and improvements to this version.

Replacement Courses

• The filter for viewing Match results has been changed to default to all states/locations instead of the state the user’s institution is in.

Transfer Equivalencies

• Institutions can use a new configuration within the General Information tab of the School Profile to control the display of source and home course hours on this page.
  • If the Show course hour units on transfer equivalencies? checkbox is marked:
    • When equivalencies are supplied through TES, the source course and home course hours will display if they are provided within the institutions’ catalog data sets.
    • When equivalencies are supplied through uAchieve, the source course and home course hours will display if provided within the transfer rule.
    • Note: Source and home course hours will not display if the unit contains a decimal, and source course hours will not display for institutions supplying equivalencies through PeopleSoft T-Rex.
  • If the Show course hour units on transfer equivalencies? checkbox is unmarked, neither the source course nor home course hours will be displayed on the page.
