Transferology Lab 1.9.6.5 Product Updates

Transferology® Lab 1.9.6.5 was released on December 3, 2025. Below is a summary of the additions and improvements to this version.

Course Bundles

  • Decimals can be entered into the Hours field when manually adding a course.

Institution and State/System Landing Pages

  • Users must select Save Changes before image uploads and alternate text will save to unpublished or published landing pages. Previously, these items auto saved upon upload or entry.
  • Within state/system landing pages, users with the State Coordinator role can configure the border color for the Participating institutions map using the Tertiary Color field.
  • A maximum of 300 courses will return when first loading Popular Courses to increase page loading speed. Users can adjust the Courses returned filter in conjunction with other filters to display 500, 1000, or all courses.

TES Mode

  • Users initiating evaluation tasks via TES Mode can notify TES evaluators of pending tasks by selecting the Send email alert? checkbox.

View Student Statistics, View Lab Statistics

  • The Transferology Quarterly Statistic Report email will be sent to all institutions (and states/systems). Previously, institutions with low activity levels did not receive these reports.
  • Within View Student Statistics:
    • Two new reports have been added.
      • The Accounts Created from the Institution Landing Page report displays by month the number of accounts students created directly from the institution’s customized landing page.
      • The Accounts Created from a State/System Landing Page displays by month the number of accounts that students created directly from a state/system landing page associated with the school. This report is only available to institutions participating in a state/system landing page.
    • Users with the School Administrator role can hover over and select the number of Program Info Views within the same-named report to see a listing of the specific programs viewed by students – and the number of times each was viewed. Results are ordered by highest-to-lowest number of times viewed.
